Opening hours

Saturday – October 5, 2019: 10.00 – 18.30

We will open for exhibitors 1 hour before.

Booth set up

Friday October 4, 2019: 11.00 – 20.00.

Please respect these time frames. The door will be locked Friday at 20.00.

Booth break down

Sunday October 6, 2019 between 17.00 and 21.00.

You cannot leave anything from your booth other than posters and brochures behind without having made an agreement with copenhagen specs. So if you need to leave furniture and that kind of things, please contact me.

You are not allowed to break down you booth before Sunday October 6, 2019 at 17.00.

Violation of this will be sanctioned with a fine.

All booths comes with spots (1 spot light per 2 square meter), back wall in wood, partition walls to your neighbor booth, power, internet and catering for 2 persons. You can rent chairs, tables, desks and display solutions – information, prices, pictures and deadlines will be send directly to exhibitors.

• The height of the back wall is 2,44 meter.
• The back wall is made of OSB wooden boards.
•  You are allowed to hang almost anything at the back wall, but if it’s over 5 kilos, please clear it with me before.
• We will put up partition walls to your neighbor booth. If you don’t have a neighbor to the one side, this will be open without a partition wall.
• You are not allowed to put up anything in the sides to separate your booth to your neighbor or to an open side.
• A partition wall can be a wooden stack, some old windows, some wooden boards.
• You cannot bring your own music. Our House DJ will play lounge music in the whole area.
• You cannot use open fire/flames.
• You need to respect all other booths in front, to your sides and the back.

Parking

You can reach Arena Berlin by car. However, we recommend that you use shuttle buses, S-Bahn, U-Bahn or taxis.

There are only a few parking spaces available outside the Arena Berlin. Therefore, you need to unload your goods/frames/bags and then park your car in one of the nearby parking garages.

Cancellation

• Cancellation of the booth up to 45 days before October 4, 2019, 75 % of the paid deposit will be transfered back.
• Cancellation of the booth 22 to 44 days before October 4, 2019, 50 % of the paid deposit will be transfered back.
• Cancellation of the booth 0 to 21 days before October 4, 2019, 0 % of the paid deposit will be transfered back.
